  1. Hello my name is Kim and I work for Gulfside Hospice, and in particular with their Pet Peace of Mind program, a program that we offer that allows our patients and their pets to remain together as long as possible during illness. We would like to secure services with you for some of our patients’ pets. We are requesting that if at all possible, we could be billed for services (we remit payment immediately) however it is difficult to place funds in the hands of our patients families or our volunteers. Is this something you would be willing to do, and if not would you be willing to take payment over the phone from the manager at the time services are rendered? Thank you so much and I really hope to hear from you soon.
